All Nonni's products are baked to order and immediately sealed in airtight, food-grade packaging. We use thermal-regulated shipping containers for temperature-sensitive items to ensure they arrive at your door with bakery-fresh quality.

Do you offer gluten-free or nut-free options?

We have a dedicated selection of gluten-free treats; however, our facility processes wheat, nuts, and dairy. We follow strict cleaning protocols between batches, but we recommend those with severe allergies exercise caution.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

How long will my Nonni's treats stay fresh?

Our cookies and biscotti typically stay fresh for 3-4 weeks if kept in their original sealed packaging. For cakes and pastries, we recommend consumption within 5-7 days or freezing them for up to 3 months.
